Hampton Street Diner<\/i> opened on 3 December 2017 in the former location of Nathan's<\/a>. By the time I got around to the Nathan's<\/i> closing, most of the Hampton Street Diner<\/i> upfit was already done, so I am repeating those pictures here.<\/p>\n

The State<\/i> had this story<\/a> about the (then upcoming) opening of the new restaurant.<\/p>\n

Although it looked like a good place to try a burger, I never did make it by for lunch, and the last time I drove by, there was signage to the effect of either new management<\/i> or new ownership<\/i>, so apparently there was a major change at some point.<\/p>\n

I do like the parting sentiment that while not everything works out, life goes on.<\/p>\n
