The menu is brief, but full of Peruvian dishes that cannot be found anywhere else in town. Some of the offerings include a creamy chicken dish featuring a thick, yellow curry-esque sauce, boiled potato, and ground walnuts; ceviche; and an appetizer called papas rellena, a deep-fried mashed potato ball stuffed with beef and onions.

(Hat tip to commenter KC)

<!--
Food + Drink
Pollo a Brasa at Paraiso del Inca
By Bach Pham
Wednesday, April 20, 2016

what: Pollo a Brasa (rotisserie chicken, half order)
where: Paraiso del Inca,506 N. Beltline Blvd.
price: $15

Rotisserie chicken isn’t exactly something that screams sex appeal when you walk into a restaurant. Paraiso del Inca, however, works some serious magic on the dish, showing why it is one of Peru’s most beloved foods. The chicken, especially the dark meat half, is achingly tender and full of flavor. Just as good if not better is the skin, which is prepped with a delicate rub and has the perfectly subtle crackle that you would expect from meat that has been expertly roasted like this chicken. The rotisserie chicken comes with serviceable steak fries, a light salad and two condiments including a bright salsa verde and a deceptively spicy cream sauce.

We highly recommend that you wash this dish down with a chicha morada, a pleasantly smooth and sweet Peruvian beverage made from purple corn, fruit and cinnamon. Soda enthusiasts will want to dive into a can of Inca Kola, a distinctly neon yellow drink best described as a cross between cream soda and bubble gum.

Paraiso del Inca brought some much-needed ethnic food to the North Beltline side of town when it opened earlier this month.
