		<description><![CDATA[That entire area from the intersection of Beltline and Two Notch has really gone downhill since the late 60&#039;s. It aint what it used to be due to too many trouble makers and others there now. Places change over the years and this area is no exception.  I personally think the best years over there were from the early to mid 60&#039;s..maybe the very late 60&#039;s, but after that, it went downhill. Two Notch has quite the reputation from it&#039;s &quot;Red Light&quot; days in the 70&#039;s.]]></description>
