		<description><![CDATA[Funny you put this on one here, Ted. I had my first trip back to Cola in 3 years and stayed with some friends in the Summit. We passed by this on our way down Two Notch and I wondered what it was... the trees growing in the asphalt cracks are interesting. I was somewhat surprised at the high number of vacancies at Sandhill... even more surprised that many spaces haven&#039;t been occupied at all. Most of them were down the JCPenny&#039;s road. Any theories why they are having a hard time filling them?]]></description>
