Swanky's used to be in the little strip mall across the street; now it's further down the road across from Target.

I had my first trip back to Cola in 3 years and stayed with some friends in the Summit. We passed by this on our way down Two Notch and I wondered what it was... the trees growing in the asphalt cracks are interesting. I was somewhat surprised at the high number of vacancies at Sandhill... even more surprised that many spaces haven't been occupied at all. Most of them were down the JCPenny's road. Any theories why they are having a hard time filling them?
